Extremely Poor customer service

Nedgroup Investments ever since they changed how to transact. Their service has been poor utterly disappointing. You will wait about 5 days until the money is paid, they will lie and say they never received a withdrawal instruction from you or it is pending security checks. You only hear of those excuses once you send another follow up email.

My mother is elderly I deal with her banking and we have a serious private matter to deal with and her funds have not been released. Imagine stressing a sick 65 year old. I am disappointed in how Nedgroup Investments handles their customers. I would advise no one to bank with them especially if they want to do frequent withdrawals because you will be left in the cold.
