Extremely poor customer service by management

i have been trying to get somebody at Nedbank CIB to talk to me about a payment that was reversed by them without an explanation. I have written numerous emails since 2nd Sep and they just ignor my messages . Customer service in this deparment is none existence, even thought it is suppose to be one of their core values. Pity its to much of an effort to move my banking to ABSA
