Extremely POOR client services.

Logged a call yesterday, 7 May 2019. According to complaints center it should take 24hrs for them to contact me.... It has been past 24hrs and still i am without answers. They put their clients is difficult positions due to false advertising, then thier clients needs to sort out communication errors on their behalf with their own sub divisions and contractors, and last but not least... they leave their clients hanging.

Easy for them to push product down your throat..... but when you need them to assist they don't. Simple as that.
