Extremely frustrated

i have been trying to sort my greenbacks on my account. i have logged numerous queries and have been calling weekly. all i get is that they will send my query to the person who is dealing with it and i will get a call within 48 hours which it has been weeks and i never get that call. no one isa bel to log a proper query on their side to get results as to what is wrong with my account and what needs to be done to get this fixed. Nedbank now owes me money for my greenbacks since march. i want assistance now ***)
