Extremely Expensive for Extremely Poor service

Nedbank has the highest rates of all the banks. You would assume that you would get good service, but unfortunately, the bank only offers really poor service. I was asked on an SMS to fica my details, or else my account will be blocked. This was in June. I took time out of my extremely busy schedule to do this. And guess what, now they still blocked my account.

And they don't answer the phones either, when you try to phone them.

This is the worst possible bank in South Africa.

I was with FNB and I really got great service, but then I wanted to try another bank....

Not a good idea.
