Extremely disgusted!!!

Good day Nedbank.

I am so disappointed and frustrated by the level of service I have just received this morning. I spoke to Katlego from the Collections Department and this conversation was definitely a terrible way to start the day. Katlego was just not in the mood to assist, he treated me like he was actually doing me a favour, and I had to beg him for information. The silence on the call was just unbelievable, he was literally ignoring me. I am beyond annoyed and will gladly remove myself from Nedbank books.
