Extremely disappointing with the service from NEDBANK!!!!

I have a complaint against Nedbank,I am a loyal consuer that has been banking with them for over 6 years now but I am so disgusted by the service im currently receiving. I app**** for a credit card 2 weeks ago got approved no one is contacting me with a way forward on how to get my card or what should I do I have been calling the contact center over and over again i get promises that I will be called back but still nothing i don't know what to do at this point.
