Extremely Disappointing Nedbank

The service received from Nedbank was and still is extremely disappointing! My motor vehicle was settled in full 15 YEARS AGO (2006) and Nedbank blatantly refuses to provide me with the original Natis documents. I can't sell my motor vehicle as Nedbank is still the Title Holder at the Traffic Department and each operator that I dealt with was more un-cooperative than the other. The operators (specifically the MFC team) have been disrespectful, rude, and extremely unhelpful. I'm still sitting with a buyer for my motor vehicle with no way to transfer the car to him. Really disappointing Nedbank!!! I'm sure this is not even legal. Do I have to take formal legal action to force Nedbank to do something that they had to do 15 years ago?
