Extremely Disappointed with Nedbank's Service

I’ve received the absolute worst service from Nedbank. I contacted their collections department regarding a refund I was promised just two days earlier, only to be told by the consultant that they couldn’t explain why the refund was now being denied. No clear answers, just confusion and redirection. I’ve been passed from one department to another with no resolution in sight. This level of service is completely unacceptable.
