Extremely disappointed.

I am extremely disappointed in the service i got from nedbank NRC department, their level of service is pathetic and they are not willing to help their clients , they were supposed to email me an arrangement letter i had requested from them last week Wednesday on the 24 of July but even now i haven't received it the agent are rude and insensitive, tgey speak to their clients in a very dismissive and rude manner their services extremely poor and appalling. I strongly advise anyone not to ever bank with nedbank because good service is nonexistent.
