extremely disappointed

On Friday I deposited money to my NEDBANK account , I called NEDBANK on Friday to let them know that funds are being held as the slip says . they assured me that the money will be deposited back into my account within 2 working days . I have been calling from yesterday which would be the 3rd working day and again been calling today only to be told that its been escalated and being given several reference number ***1,973642.

This is extremely disappointing. And till today am waiting .
