Extremely disappointed

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I've received from Nedbank regarding a transaction from my late husband's estate. Despite being the executor, I've been met with resistance and unhelpfulness when trying to obtain proof of payment for a transaction that was allegedly approved by a Nedbank representative, Nkosindiphile Ntanga.

The bank claims the account was under forensic investigation, but I've seen no results or feedback despite ongoing communication with the assigned investigator, Katie Willis-Mampa. What's most frustrating is the lack of transparency and cooperation in providing proof of payment, which I believe is a basic requirement for accountability.

I've tried to get clarity on the transaction details, including the amount and approval process, but my requests have fallen on deaf ears. As the executor, I need this information to fulfill my duties, but Nedbank seems more interested in shielding themselves from scrutiny than providing assistance.
