Extremely bad service

I was offer a credit card on My Nedbank App in October and nobody bothered to find out from me where I want the card to be sent to. The bank decided on my behalf to send the card to the Fourways branch. I don't have the card in my position however I'm already paying for charges I know nothing about. This morning a transaction of R25 was deducted from my Savvy account which I have no knowledge of. I am appalled by the service and I have been with the bank for so many years and at this moment I feel like closing my accounts. Can somebody explain to me how am I being charged when I don't even have the card in my position.
