Extremely bad service :(

I am lost for words and don't know what to do anymore. I have tried calling, emailing and still nothing, when I call I get transferred from pillar to post and nobody can help me or the phone is being dropped in my ear when I email they don't respond. I need help Nedbank. I do not want to go to the Ombudsman for this issue
