EXTREMELY BAD 1ST TIME EXPERIENCE

I am new banker well attempting to become one but the service and inconvenience I have experienced its not pleasing at all.

I app**** for a NEDBANK4ME account and sent all required documentation on the 28/07/2023 . This with the assistance of Thabiso Maphumulo (NB323983) CIS no: *** and after numerous emails, calls and 4 branch visits for a debt card , I am still left without one to date. I am from the Eastgate branch now and was advised he did not fill out the FICA requirements on the system despite him attaching all my documents and sending me the FAIS release and Application form release (both signed and returned to him)

I am considering changing to a different banker since NEDBANK clearly does not need my services .

Can someone deliver this card to me. asap!!!!Alternatively i will just take my money elsewhere cause your service is horrible and shows what struggles i will face should i have a query in the future
