Extreme poor service from Nedbank

Nedbank is the worst bank ever . They inactived my cheque account due to fica . I visited Nedbank Centurion on 7 October and went to the same branch 2 days later . I was later told that Nedbank had created CIS’s by mistake on their side and they needed to rectified that . Spoke to the branch manager on the same issue . She promised to call 2 days later. I have called their call centre numerous times . Got lots of promises to resolve the issue . Nothing has happened close to 21 Days
