Extreme inconsistency and a waste of my time
I have got two trust accounts with Nedbank. This morning I managed to apply for a new debit card for one of the trusts, and was referred to a business banker (Mrs Kutama) for the same transaction, but just for the other trust account. She then informed me that I am not allowed to have a debit card for my trust account at Nedbank. I was informed that if I want to transact out of this account, I need to transfer money from my trust account electronically to my personal account (wonder what my trust account will say of that...?) Can Nedbank please explain the following three mysteries to me:

1.) How is it possible that I can have a debit card for my one trust account but not for the other, which is the exact same type of account?
2) How must I pay for trust related expenses at a shop if I am not allowed to pay directly from this account with a debit card? Are you really serious? Do you expect me to transfer money to my personal account? Will you go with me to prison?
3) I have spend the whole morning at Nedbank, and you wasted my time without any resolution. How are you going to ensure that this matter gets resolved without wasting my time again?
