Extra Fees deducted on account that can't be explained. It's a regular thing

For some time now, every now and then there as so called fees deducted from my account. Total fees on account is not more than R5, then also enotes. When I check my available balance on my SMS's and in a days time more than R50 disappears. When phoning customer care they said that it must be transactions that was not through yet, but when you compare it with your SMS's as well as messages on app, the transaction was defnitely through. This every now and then deduction fees as they like should be stopped. What do they think? Do they think that I'm a ***** or stupid? Please choose wisely before open an account with nedbank.
