Extra Charges On Credit Card

double debit on my credit card charges ,as someone with two credit cards. Since Oct 2021 to Feb'2023 after I had queried the charge. I only have one credit card and I need to be refunded the extra charge for the 16months.I have done all that's required for me to be refunded ,call logged on 15/03/2023 (Ref ***9)
