Extra charges

When I opened this account I was told and signed for certain things. Suddenly I am being charged R6.96 (7/4/2016) for ATM withdrawals, from a NEDBANK ATM. this is supposed to be free.<br> I also notice I am being charge R4 to transfer money from one Nedbank account to another. WHY?? I agreed to this account with advice from your consultant. Im even being charged a small ******* fee for each debit order, which was not agreed on. What is the point of lying to me when giving advice on opening this account? Its supposed to be R49 a month but its usually at least double that. I wasn't what I agreed to, and my refunds
