exremely rude consultant

I am currently on maternity leave of which a Nedbank consultant called me demanding for me to pay my instalment I told her I cannot as I'm waitf tout of which it takes 6 to 8 weeks to pay out. She then asked if there is another way I can pay it I said no there isn't unfortunatly so she then interupted me and said well then we will put you on the credit act and then put the phone down on me. I was still explaining when she just cut me off. Her name was Thubisile or thuliswa something like that
