Expression of disservice

Good day,

The is to express disservice from Nedbank Insurance Funeral Plan product as offered by the bank.

My brother (Melikhaya Platjie) had a cover with Nedbank and a month after taking the cover, he tragically passed (accident). The Nedbank Bellville branch refused to even lodge a claim for him even though Nedbanks clearly commits (See below) on immediate cover for Accidental death as stated below. We really have nowhere else to go as we knew he was covered and we did not need to cover him on our side.

Benefits include: You can benefit from immediate accidental death cover. You will be covered for natural death after only six months.
