Expression of Dissatisfaction

I originally expressed how upset I was with the amount of chaos and the fact that there is no order at your Wynberg branch. She was utterly rude and showed no emotion whatsoever. Not once have I received an apology except that there was nothing she could do about the chaos as the staff are entitled to a lunch break. After being dismissed rudely by your branch manager, I then explained to her what the issue was regarding my account and that I simply need the debit orders to be reversed. She kept threatening me with legal jargon an making all sorts of excuses. This behavior just provoked me even more as I was told that she has many years of experience as thou this behavior is acceptable. The branch manager also threatened to contact my employer to advise that I was absolutely rude to her. I am extremely disgusted with this behavior and the fact that your branch manager is making threats. I don't want to close my account however, your branch manager has given me the worst experience ever. She in fact, was honored to have it closed down as she used the word \certainly"which indicates sarcasm and eagerness to close the account. i would like a response email: [Email Removed]"""
