Exploiting Innocent Individuals

I’ve been dealing with the most pathetic HR Managers at Nedbank, Namely Chamaine Jooste and Phumla Stobela and I’m at a point where I’ve run out of patience. I’ve asked them to refer my matter to a senior manager but they’ve refused to do so. Basically I’m in the process of claiming back an amount which was due to me, while I was working at Nedbank. We found out that we were being cheated out of getting a night shift allowance, and the information about our night shift allowance claim was deliberately withheld from us, as they were exploiting us. It turns out that our department manager at the time Rosa Santos aswell as those mentioned above, knew that we were meant to get a night shift allowance and we night shift staff at Nedbank Card Authorizations Department but opted to withhold that information from us for years until we found out recently. Fast forward to October 2020 when I started the process of claiming this back pay. I emailed chaimaine and Phumla numerous times I I never got a response from the till December 2020. Emailed all the documents they required. Sent follow up emails in Jan but still got no response from them. When they eventually contacted me, it was still a struggle to get them to confirm the amount owed to me. When they eventually came back to me with the amount, I asked for calculations as to how they got that amount and the sent me a spread **** with some numbers on it. They refused to share my time sheets or even salary slips, therefore I strongly believe that those numbers were just thumb sucked by them and this lead me to believe that even after they were caught for dishonesty and exploitation, they still wanna continue it further but not giving us what is properly owed to us. I’m really disgusted at the lengths these managers went through to try and withhold such crucial information, and also the fact that this process was initiated in October 2020 but in March 2021 I still need to be the 1 running after them asking for adequate information and feedback. I’m so fed up to a point where I’m thinking of referring this matter to the labour department and expose their devious ways.
