EXPIRING AIR REWARD MILES

I took out a Nedbank Voyager Credit Card in 2006.<br> The reason for changing from a normal credit card to voyager was that it stated on the brochure that Airmiles never expire as long as you spent R40000. 00 per year.<br> I had to pay a hire card fee for this new card and decided it was worth the change.<br> In Feb 2013 I was told my miles were expiring which I queried with my private banker after much aggrevation trying to get an answer out of Nedbank voyager card division. Eventually I was told it was a mistake and was corrected and was swnt an e mail confirming this.<br> I have now received another email in February 2015 saying it was expiring again.<br> In my view they have no right to go back on what I signed for when applying. They could change the rules for new clients now but not for exisitng clients.The only reply I have received from anybody after phoning and going into my branch is @sorry to inconvenience you@ which in my view is totally unsatisfactory.<br> After banking with Nedbank I for the past 30 years I think it is finally time to move onto a bank who really does care.<br>
