Expired Nedbank cards

Good day My Nedbank Cheque cards (Master card & American Express) expired 08/2022 and to date I am still waiting for the delivery of the renewed cards. I contacted the Nedbank Lifestyle Clients Call Center twice and just get told the case is being escalated.

No manager or courier has contacted me with any feedback. PATHETIC SERVICE!
