Expired bank card

I am very disappointed with the service I received from NEDBANK ,my card expired in September 2024 I received an SMSs in august about my new cards being delivered to the preferred branch, the 30th august spoke to an agent who escalated the matter on the 6 sep i called again and was advised that the matter would be escalated to the team leader i received an sms from the bank advising that the card is ready for collection, i had to leave work to pick up an American express card (which does not work)and was advised by the rude teller that my debit card has been order and i should wait for the sms. I called again on the 10th Oct spoke to an agent whom advised that my debit card has is with the couriers and that they cannot deliver my bank card to my work address and that it has to be delivered to my HOME ADDRESS. The call dropped no-one every called me back or tried to resolve me not having a bank card i have to send myself money having to pay extra for not having MY BANK CARD
