Exorbitant finance charges - Nedbank

I received a finance charge on my credit card statement on 1 Nov for an amount of R562. When I enquired about this, I was told this was interest calculated on my outstanding balance of R30 which had not been settled at the end of October 2024. I generally settle my credit card in full at the end of each month, but I missed the amount of R30. I attempted to speak to the hotline and they told me this is simply what it is, despite a finance charge of R562 on an outstanding balance representing far more than the maximum interest of 22.25% per annum. I have not been able to get any resolution to this. Nedbank also charge an additional card fee to my account at the end of Nov 2024, which they will apparently waive.
