Exorbitant Charges

on the 21st June, Nedbank card processed an APO to my account for R531.00. I have not had food since Thursday last week. I received a payment from one of my clients this morning where I was able to go and buy bread & milk and put R100.00 petrol in my car. Now I see you have processed an R90.00 fee for overdrawing my account.

The bank that looks at small business from a bird's eye view and is there to help small business. Business is extremely quiet over winter months for a small landscaping company and picks up towards the end of the year but Nedbank has special consultants who have a birds-eye view of business..

The bank that sneakily charges charges upon charges for naughty behaviour and thinks they will get away with it. by the way, the naughty behaviour is due to this stagnant economy. but then they know nothing about this economy. I suppose also being a white 65-year-old male also counts for naughty behaviour. But then I should understand that this is the bank that advertises on the radio that it understands small business and is there to assist small business reach their maximum goals. Id say this bank is more likely to chop the legs off small business especially when they battling in an extremely difficult economy not only to destroy this small business but the lives of each staff member employed by this small business. This is a clueless bank I know from very personal previous experience

Nedbank once again trying very hard to destroy my small business. Nedbank's Credit Card Division processing APO's to my account because of being in arrears with my credit card payments so they feel fit to just help themselves to whatever monies I have left in my Current Account. What Nedbank, who claim to understand small business, don't actually know this money is not my money but my clients' money of which I have to go and purchase products on behalf of my client to install today. Now the money is gone and I don't know what to tell my client. The client will not only sue me but will terminate my services. Thanks to Nedbank the bank that is here to assist small business because they have experts who understand small business. I still have not been refunded on the previous APO that overdrew my account and then Nedbank charged me R90.00 dishonoring fee for being a naughty boy. Well, this is fine Nedbank destroy my small business put me on the street and then get paid back nothing on my outstanding debt.
