Exorbitant bank charges and poor service

Nedbank deducted a total of R246 from my account for "enote service fees" and "recovery enote service fees". I was not notified about the deductions and the call centre confirmed that the deductions are for backdated fees. They could not confirm the period for which the amounts are being deducted/recovered. Nedbank's service fees and bank charges are very high. I also pay monthly bank charges per debit order and transaction and a total of R210 monthly maintenance fees for my two accounts. Time to change my bank.
