Exit from Nedbank Superfund

I was with Nedbank for 2 years. I left the company on 02 August 2024 and yet I have been waiting for the complete a confirmation of my exit from the superfund ever since. I am getting no assistance or feedback regarding this and Old Mutual has confirmed they are waiting for Nedbank.

This is very frustrating. I certainly did not expect this bad experience. It is in contrast to my experience while working there.
