Exemplary level of service Nedbank Fourways

Yesterday I had to go to Nedbank in Fourways Mall to get them to help me with a complicated issue on my daughter's account. The help, assistance and service I received from Alice, at the counter, through to Ebraim, as the supervisor, was beyond exceptional. I spent 1 3/4 hours with them as they guided me through the process that even had them calling my daughter who is stuck overseas right now. In a world that is under duress and where so many people look for why not to do something, both Ebraim and Alice had me leaving that branch elated beyond words. Then to just fortify their amazing service, Ebraim called me later to confirm all had been sorted and then emailed my daughter to reassure her (WOW!!). I do some leadership profiling in the work that I do and Ebraim ticked the boxes for me..... Nedbank, you have two very special people there, they are the best Nedbank ambassadors I could have asked for.
