Exellent service provided by Hlope Masango Nedbank, Brooklyn Mall

I had to open an estate account at Nedbank Brooklyn Mall and was served by Hlope Masango Nedbank, Brooklyn Mall. Hlope assured me it will at most take 2 weeks. When phoning her after two weeks, she immediately followed up and phoned me a week later to inform that she can now open my account. I visited her today and due to the FICA process that took a considerable amount of time, I had to spend a long time in her Hlope's office. She continuously kept me informed whilst I was waiting. I was really impressed by her dedication and sincerely hope her professionalism and "going the extra mile" for clients will be noticed by her superiors.
