Excon letter

I bank with Nedbank am applying for a home loan.I have been asked to complete a Excon letter.I did go to one of the branches and got a letter confirming that am a foreign National only to find out it is not the Foreing Listing Letter (EXCON Letter), my question is what should I do to get the correct document as it is urgently required .I would appreciate if I get a call on *** someone to clarify the purpose of the letter as well.
