Excessive Increases and refuses to respond

<p>Beginning of this month I received an email from Nedbank stating that my premiums are going to go up, and some changes was made to my policy schedule. They increased my premium with almost 23%!!!!</p> <p>I emailed them to ask for a detailed schedule, as they did not inform me of what "changes" they have made.</p> <p>Sofar they have refised to give any feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will now have to look for another insurer who is actually willing to play open cards with their clients.</p> <p>This is discusting business ethics Nedbank, I really cant believe you are pulling this?</p> <p> </p>

It seems incompantance is now also running high in Nedbank. My ID number and Account number was supp**** with the complaint.

Now either there is a general incompatance in Nedbank, or they are just showing us how unimportant their clients are by giving generic service to everybody without treating their clients as individuals.

Which one is it Nedbank?
