I cannot adequately express my appreciation for the level of service I recently received from Neo Sibeko (ND327522).

This after more than a year of frustration with many, many calls made as well as visits to Nedbank branches. By the time I got to speak to Neo I must admit I must have been very rude. She not only handled that like a pro, but also proceeded against all odds to make very sure that I got helped to close out with my query, also making me feel good about staying a Nedbank client which I certainly did not wish to do when I first called her. She is a very tenacious, mature, forward thinking, smart and determined young lady with a great deal of potential, who is most definitely an asset to Nedbank. I trust she will succeed in receiving promotion to the level of seniority she certainly deserves.
