Exceptional service

So as per SARS requirement, because I have a registered business, i needed to open a bank account. I downloaded the app, app**** online, and waited for someone to call me. It took a while, but when Mthobisi Nondaba called me, i got exceptional service, and so much patience. The way the staff answers their calls, they make you feel special asking you how they could make your day exceptional. In no time at all, my bank account was active all because of the amazing service from this young man.

No wonder Nedbank keeps winning these awards..... they treat people, like people. Well- done Nedbank
