Exceptional service

I wanted to commend Shelly Rittmuller for her exceptional service. I had called to check if my limit increase request was reflecing on my Nedbank credit card account. To which i had spoken to another individual who had advised me no. She pleasantly and politely informed me that it had reflected and been closed off without any action. She then took it upon herself to resolve the matter. She went above and beyond the call of duty. I honestly believe is she a rare gem in this industry. She kept me in the loop and at all times portrayed a sunny disposition. Im really grateful for the assistance she rendered, she really demonstrated that she is a peoples person and that she is passionate about what she does.
