Exceptional service and attitude!

I had asked Thuli, of Woodlands Nedbank Branch to please write me a Nedbank letterhead for SARS tax, stating I have a bank account and with all the details. Not only did she do that, but she also kindly suggested to add in 3 months worth of statements in case they required it. After she saw my statements, she realized my bank fees were extremely high and she made a suggestion to switch accounts! She was quick and easy!
