Exceptional service

Hi

I would just like to say a huge THANK YOU to Debi Potgieter for her Exceptional service ,where she has gone above and beyond to make it possible for our family to have our dream home.

She listened and understood all the difficulties we have had with our daughter being ill, With doctor bills etc. and what we have been through to this point in the process of rehabilitating our credit record.

She also went the extra MILES ,to communicating with all relevant departments to close out all my issues end to end.

In the process of Home loan application ,none of the other banks treated us like actual HUMAN BEINGS, even with our explanations and mitigations, we were only just a number to the rest ,even from my own bank ,FNB ,sadly.

Debi displayed the real TRUE MEANING of what it really means to give her ALL to make the possibility of owning a dream home, a REALITY.

I hope the other banks learn from the same ,and may Nedbank actually gain more market share in the home loans industry.
