Exceptional service

I was at the Katlehong Nedbank branch in Hlahatsi this past weekend to to enquire about a few things regarding my account. While there is thought I'd have to first wait in a long queue at enquiries to get assistance and be guided as to what to do thereafter.

All thanks to Thulani Deliwe a consultant from that branch helped guide me as to how to go about tackling my problem and not necessarily stand in that queue. He even went as far as ensuring that right after speaking to their help desk, he helped email the relevant documents that were required from me. The whole time I sat there with Thulani I felt a sense surety that he would actually help me.

I must say he was professional the entire time and yet still managed to put an ease to my heart "taken to consideration that I was headed for war as an unhappy client"
