Exceptional service !

I received an excellent service from a lady by the name of Portia (didn’t catch her last name). I was very frustrated as I kept on purchasing electricity on my app but it never got sent to me however the funds got deducted from my account. Speaking to Portia was of great help; she calmed me down and went out of her way to ensure that the query was escalated. She advised me of the turnaround time and was very courteous in the way she handled the call. Within an hour my query was resolved. Thank you very much Portia!
