Exceptional Service

I have just received truly exceptional service from Tashnee at Nedbank Call Centre. I needed to increase my iMali limit after the branches were closed. I called the Nedbank Call Centre and was warmly and friendly greeted by Tashnee. As she was assisting me with the increase my airtime on cellphone ran out. I had just loaded more airtime and was about to call Nedbank again when I received a call from Nedbank. Tashnee took her initiative to call me in order to complete my transaction. Now I have to say that it has been quite sometime that I have received just wonderful and friendly service. Nedbank really did make things happen for me. Thank you very much Tashnee
