EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE

Dear Nedbank,<br> <br> I would like to take the time to personally thank Motlatsi Mohlamonyane, who is the sales consultant at Nedbank Illovo, for honestly going the extra mile and giving exceptional service. <br> <br> I telephonically app**** for a personal loan on the 25th of November 2015, she contacted me advised me that she is in possession of the documents which had to be signed by me, she then set a time aside to meet with me at the branch, upon my arrival I had such a pleasant experience. There was a bit of a hiccup with the documents which only the IT department could resolve. Calmly she advised me that I can return to work and she will make sure that same is signed before I leave for home at 3pm. <br> <br> Not one person in my office could believe that at 2:50pm Motlatsi pitched up at my office with the documents ready for signature, she then return to Nedbank Illovo submitted same and my personal loan was approved today at 11:51am. <br> <br> What a valuable staff member she is to your institute!!, thank you Motlatsi, your efforts and efficiency will take you to higher places. <br> <br> Warm Regards,<br> Bronwyn Erasmus
