Exceptional customer service

I would to thank Nedbank (MFC) for their exceptional customer service,I had a problem with them not having sent me my RC1 documents after my car was paid ,after laying my complaint. I'm pleasantly surprised as to how quickly they worked on resolving my problem. Thank you so much MFC, a special shout out to Sharyl Naicker(Customer service Representative) who made sure my query gets resolved.
