Exceptional Customer Service

Good day.

I have a home loan with Nedbank and have been struggling financially for a year or so.

I recently received a call from Nolyn Moeti - Restructure Specialist; to try and assist with applying for a restructure.

I must say so far so good. I would like to commend her for the exceptional service she continues to give with utmost grace and professionalism. She pushes beyond boundaries and is open and honest with regards to the process.

Even though the process has not been concluded (whatever the outcome) - I find comfort and am satisfied with the outstanding service I continue to experience when dealing with her.

I highly recommend her and wish her nothing but greatness and success. May she continue to flourish in her role.
