The best service I have received since I banked with Nedbank! I called regarding my home loan and I spoke to a very friendly and enthusiastic consultant by the name of Elaine. She went the extra mile to help me calculate how much faster I will finish my bond. She explained and apologised for her silences which you dont get very often! She has a can do attitude. In a country where service is mediocre I am one very happy customer. She made sure she was engaged and connected to me as a customer! Well done and thank you so much Elaine. NEDBANK should defintely get more consultants like you!!! Keep up the great work and Nedbank will surely get more customers!!!
