Exceptional Client service ethic

<p>I received exceptional client service from branch Manager Ms Treba Anthony of Nedbank. She went the proverbial extra mile in resolving my long sstanding query. In an era when you seldom get access to a branch Manager or Accountant and are subjected to the modern day agony of Call-Centre blues with agents who try their best but invariably have not been properly empowered, or dont have sufficient authority to resolve an intricate complaint, it was wonderful to have recieived such highly professional and empathtic assistance from Ms Anthony. In my over 40 years of being a Nedbank client I have never been so impressed. Its going far beyond the typical Nedbank client service ethic. Customer service is not dead, but indeed thriving at Nedbank with management like Ms Anthony. Many thanks Nedbank !</p>
