Exceptional bad service from Nedbank home insurance

I received the most appalling service from Nedbank home insurance department recently. They don't follow up and don't communicate when they say they would. I had to phone numerous times and I still don't have an answer. We are so used to bad service in SA that we accept bad service way too often. This is not acceptable to struggle so hard to get an answer about a claim, from a service that you are paying for.
