Please allow me to share an extra mile excellent service i got from from Mussina Nedbank by the lady of Giena Khoza , this is one of the angel on earth I have never seen someone with a very big heart so much patience nd kindness, this lady deserve a medal , I have worked with many bank stuff on bankmed medical aid but this one proved to me that not all potatoes are all rotten in a bag but one could be spoiling others , actual with such service it comes from the bank manager coz happy employee is from a happy manager this women assisted me with car papers to cross the border for a friend wedding even though i was late she made it possible that i got a letter from insurance and MFC and got my approval to drive through , from the bottom of my heart thank Giena she made me feel so valued that i want to move everything to Nedbank , thus a home for weary and tired the care , smiles and the love I received not even my bank has given me that respect and appreciation its a pity i lost her contact number but she gave them to and to Nedbank managers thank you for treating your staff happy we receive all your hard work you plant to your staff .
